Paint is an excellent way to express your feelings, and lord knows I have plenty of those. I love to relinquish all self-control and expectations, and just splash and spread and squish the paint (and sometimes resin) around to create myriad textures and colours.The end result is less focussed on being 'pretty' and more focussed on being raw, real and interesting.
